For more than 30 years USSD Foster City has taught Kempo Karate to help students feel seen, supported, and capable. Rooted in tradition and shaped by real life, Kempo gives every student a path to become stronger, safer, more respectful, and more connected to the people around them.
Our mission is to create a safe haven in our community; where every student is seen, supported, and empowered to grow through the martial arts.

Through age-specific group classes and personalized training, students are met where they are and guided forward with care.

Fun and engaging classes focused on fitness, self esteem and character building through karate.

Equipping Foster City adolescents and young adults to handle the rigors of the modern world.

Where adults of all abilities grow strength and friendships through Karate.

Empowering women to feel safer, stronger, louder, and more prepared.
